Scope
This policy applies to ZPS Portal. The Portal is intended only for authorized ZeroPhase Systems personnel and is not a public social network or consumer application.
Information we process
Google sign-in
When you sign in with Google, ZPS Portal processes your email address, unique user identifier (UID), display name, and, if available, your profile image.
Employee workspace content
The app processes content needed to operate the workspace, including tasks, employee workspace records, bulletins, comments, reactions, availability and presence information, preferences, estimates, calculator configurations, and checklists.
How we use information
We use this information for authentication, access control, app functionality, synchronization, employee collaboration, security, and service maintenance.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use Portal information for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Storage and security
Information is transmitted using encrypted transport and stored in access-controlled Firebase services. Access is limited according to authorization and operational need.
ZPS Portal does not use a persistent offline disk cache for employee workspace data. An authentication session may persist on the device so an authorized user can remain signed in.
No system can guarantee absolute security, but we maintain safeguards appropriate to the private, employee-only nature of the service.
Retention and your choices
We retain information for employment, legitimate business operations, security, and legal needs. Retention periods vary according to the type of record and the reason it is maintained.
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, contact your ZPS Portal administrator. Requests may be limited where retention is required for business, security, or legal obligations.
App Review Preview
App Review Preview uses synthetic data held only in memory. It does not connect to, retrieve, or modify employee records.
Children's privacy
ZPS Portal is a private employee workspace and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Portal.
