The most important part of a project isn't choosing a framework. It's understanding what someone needs to do, and what's getting in their way.
That understanding shapes everything else: what we build, what we leave out, and where we spend the time. Sometimes the answer is a new product. Sometimes it's a simpler process or a better connection between tools you already have.
We bring design and engineering into the same conversation. The interface, the underlying system, and the way it gets released should make sense together.
