Before you begin
ZPS Portal requires sign-in with an approved Google employee account. Users who have not been approved cannot access employee workspace data.
Sign-in help
If you cannot sign in:
- Confirm that your device has an active internet connection.
- Confirm that you selected the exact Google account approved for your employee access.
- Retry sign-in, then check with your administrator that your access is still active.
- If your account has not been approved, request access from your ZPS Portal administrator.
- If the problem continues, contact your administrator with the details needed to reproduce it.
Access is intentionally restricted. Support cannot bypass account approval or grant access to employee data without authorization.
App Review Preview
App Review Preview is a demonstration mode that uses synthetic, in-memory data. It is not an employee account and never connects to employee records.
Portal capabilities
Authorized employees can use the Portal to work with tasks and calendars, team information and availability, company bulletins and collaboration, and private estimates. The capabilities visible to you may depend on your access.
Data and device behavior
ZPS Portal does not send phone push notifications. New information appears when you open the app and it synchronizes while online.
The app does not maintain a persistent offline disk cache of employee workspace data. Your authentication session may remain on the device so you can stay signed in.
For details about sign-in information, workspace content, service providers, storage, retention, and your choices, read the ZPS Portal Privacy Policy.
Report a problem
Contact your ZPS Portal administrator first. To help us investigate, include:
- The ZPS Portal app version and build number.
- Your device model and iOS version.
- The steps you took before the problem occurred and what you expected to happen.
- A screenshot, if useful, with employee, customer, financial, authentication, and other sensitive data removed.
Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, private estimates, or unredacted employee information in a support request.
Urgent and security issues
ZPS Portal is not an emergency service. For an immediate threat to life or safety, contact local emergency services.
If you suspect unauthorized account access, exposed employee data, or another security issue, stop using the affected session and contact your ZPS Portal administrator immediately. You may also use the public contact form, but do not include secrets or sensitive data in the message.
Contact support
For account and workspace access, contact your ZPS Portal administrator. For other support questions, use the ZeroPhase Systems contact form.
